Steel Racking and Shelving Inspections

Our qualified, experienced and completely independent field inspectors are very familiar with the many types of environments and various applications and types of racking and shelving. We assess your racking assembly, layout and material conformance to specification comparing it to the Australian Standard 4084-1993.
A detailed report and racking layout is developed which catalogues your racking make, general condition and specifications with a Corrective Action plan itemising any damages / issues identified which require attention in priority of importance. A log of the audit is created for historical purposes.
Once the Corrective Actions are signed off as completed a Certificate of Conformance is issued.
The report may identify causes that contribute to racking damage including materials handling equipment, operator error, type of racking, layout of racking, protection products etc.
Our objective is to assist you to rectify all non conformances by bridging the gap between your actual performance towards your goal performance.
If replacement or additional racking / shelving products are required to resolve non compliances we can facilitate the purchasing, repairs and maintenance as a single solution.
